PCOS and the Flu

Last week, I was diagnosed with PCOS, my hormone levels pointed to this from the blood tests. PCOS stands for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. PCOS is a condition in which there is an imbalance of a woman's

female sex hormones. This hormonal imbalance may cause changes in the menstrual cycle, skin changes, small

cysts in the ovaries, trouble getting pregnant (because it is hard to track your ovulation and other

complications from this). Luckily, that Aunt came yesterday but so did a cold/flu/allergies (I really have no clue what it is). It seems like when I get something it is in multiples, major yuckiness. So our date night is going to look something like this:

Being sick sucks...
